Each package includes one-on-one coaching. The coach will provide an email questionnaire for you to answer and return at least three days before the meeting (phone, Zoom, or Facebook call). I want to make the most of our 50-minute session, so the information from the email will help us focus on the concerns and topics for that session.

For each month of coaching, you will have two private phone call meetings, 50 minutes each, on the day and time you agree upon. The coach will also email you a summary of each meeting and the goals and action steps you agreed upon in that meeting. Additional emails will be available between meetings if needed to clarify anything discussed.

Coaching package #1 - One month of coaching with 2 meetings and two emails. $150

Coaching package #2 - Three months of coaching with 6 meetings and six emails. $400 ($50 discount)

Coaching package #3 - Six months of coaching with 12 meetings and twelve emails. $800 ($100 discount)

One time consulting package - $100

Marketing packages include high-quality Instagram, Facebook, and other social media suitable memes with your book cover, color palette, any award medallions, and a brief quote or tagline. Plus, short videos (up to 1 minute each) from stock videos. If you have a quality Mp4 you would like to use, you may submit it for consideration.

Results - You understand that I have made every opportunity to adequately represent the services and the potential outcomes. These services are designed to coach writers and aspiring writers, to help hone their writing skills, and to provide direction and input to help them achieve their writing goals. However, you understand that individual results and success may vary depending upon many factors, including your skill, command of the English language, competency, knowledge, ability, dedication, goals, and other intangibles.

I make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding any results or outcomes from your participation in the services.

By enrolling in the services, you agree that neither I, nor anyone associated with the services, shall be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or other consequential damages, or any other economic loss arising directly or indirectly from the services.

Pricing - These prices are for a limited number of clients.

Payment - All packages are paid upfront. A preliminary questionnaire and meeting, at no cost, will allow you to determine if you want to pursue the coaching process.

Payment in full will be received by Lisa Worthey Smith in cleared funds no later than three (3) business days before the date of commencement of the coaching or marketing services. In case of a delay in payment, the scheduled services will be postponed until funds clear and payment is made in full.

You understand that, by signing up for the coaching or marketing services, you are claiming one of the limited number of spaces. Any and all payments made in connection with the coaching services secure your space to the exclusion of another, and are, therefore, considered non-refundable.

Should the situation so warrant, as in cases of unforeseen travel or illness, I, in my sole discretion, may refund a portion of the services fee if our cancelled calls cannot be rescheduled and the coaching package cannot be completed.

Scheduling of the services will be booked based on the mutual availability of the parties. At times, illness or travel may require a call to be cancelled or rescheduled. Rescheduled calls will not incur additional fees.

Confidentiality - You understand and agree that the tools, materials, and information presented in the coaching and marketing services are my confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary information, and that you will not record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from the materials without my express written permission. Any unauthorized use or distribution of this Intellectual Property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Relationship to the Parties - I am an independent contractor and nothing in these terms and conditions will be construed as establishing an employment or agency relationship between us.
